The products sold or shipped or paid thru our website is not eligible for return or refund. In the unlikely case if the product is out of stock, we will cancel the order and full amount paid will be refunded.
In the following cases, please provide evidence of the information by photos/video to our customer service within 5 days upon received your orders:
** Wrong product received
** Defective product received
** Damaged during courier delivery
** Incomplete/damaged parts
Our internal QC will checked and judged on the nature/root of the problem. If the finding of the problem is not related to end customers, we will send replacement for the damaged/incomplete goods with missing components or new replacement accordingly on a case to case basic. The cost of shipping and replacement cost will be borne by us if we deem that a replacement is necessary. We will not bear any responsibilities of any damaged after installed.
